Besides our standard assortment of hand fans, we also offer hand fans as promotional items. Some of our hand fans can be printed by us on the cloth and the first frame. Engraving is also possible on the first frame. We basically offer four different qualities of hand fans that can be printed by us. From inexpensive to somewhat elaborate:

3. Hand fan made of simple wood, sanded and clear varnished, natural or in different colors, with cotton cloth

These basic variants are the basis for the hand fans - promotional items. In detail, we describe which fans are available as promotional items, how we can print or engrave them and which combinations are possible. Pear wood hand fan promotional item

Pear wood hand fans are a high quality way for hand fans to pass on an impressive promotional gift as an advertising medium, making a long-lasting impression on buyers, interested parties or a network. In pear wood fans, the frame and the sides are made of high quality polished pear wood and the cloth is made of reinforced cotton. The pear wood - fans can be ordered and printed only in nature. There is only a certain quota of pear wood per year, because there are not so many pear trees in Europe that can be cut down for this purpose. Therefore, it may not be possible to get large quantities for it, so it is not possible to produce so many hand fans at a reasonable price.

The advantage of pear wood for hand fans is that the wood is very light, but also stable. Furthermore, it does not absorb moisture so easily and thus cannot deform so easily. The hand fans always open and close easily. In addition, pear wood looks very beautiful and has a fine grain.

Hand fans - promotional items - packaging and customization

Printed or customized hand fans can be supplied by us in different packaging. The packaging complements the promotional product and increases the value, making the promotional gift more valuable to the recipient. Besides, it can protect the product for a long time and thus greatly prolong the advertising effect. We offer cardboard boxes as packaging, which can be printed on the lid. The hand fan can be wrapped with a tissue paper and delivered in the cardboard box. These cardboard boxes are available in many noble colors. It can be embossed, printed in different colors with your vectorized subject. Please ask if your desired color is included. We also offer various bags in different materials and colors. Unfortunately, these cannot be printed or customized. The simplest form of packaging is a PVC cover in which the hand fan is delivered. This protects it from moisture and makes the product complete.

We can, on request, also make custom hand fans that are larger or longer, for example. We have already created special designs for opera houses, theaters or other events, which are absolutely unique.

Prices, requests, conditions and procedure of an order for hand fans as promotional items

Unfortunately, we have to calculate each request individually, because too many parameters can play a role. Therefore, we can not give them a flat rate prices. First, we only process inquiries and only deliver orders from 500 pieces of a defined product. We have capacities for more than 100'000 pieces per order. For large quantities, we deliver in appropriate tranches. We deliver our hand fans as promotional items worldwide. Payment is always made in advance.

Basic information: The price of a product depends on the order quantity and number of colors to be printed or individualization. One to four colors in one print on the cloth and frame are possible. The basic color of the hand fan fabric is freely selectable from basic colors. You will receive a PDF file in which the possible basic colors are specified, after a request. This PDF file can also serve as a template for your graphic designer, in which he can enter the subject to be printed, which he then sends to us. The file is processed once again with us and then sent to you as a PDF for approval "good to print".

Sizes: All hand fans promotional items are about 23 cm long and 42 cm wide (fanned out). The area to be printed for writings is smaller on the cloth and the frame than the object itself. In the PDF file (sent after request) the limits are exactly indicated. Please place fonts or vector graphics within the specified area. Basic colors or images can be printed on the cloth, covering the whole area.

Delivery time: The delivery time is approx. 20 to 30 days after "good to print", i.e. your approval for the subject to be printed, your order placement and after receipt of payment. In case of packing in cardboard boxes, bags etc. by us, the delivery time will be extended by approx. 10 days. In August and known national / international holidays, we do not deliver orders. Therefore, please plan your order so that you calculate the products either before or after the delivery time.
